Agentbrisk is an independent online directory of AI agents, frameworks, and Model Context Protocol servers, accessible at agentbrisk.com. The data controller for the purposes of GDPR is the Agentbrisk editorial team. You can contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related question.

2. What we collect

Agentbrisk is a static website. We don't run user accounts, login systems, or comment forms. The personal data we process is limited to:

Automatically collected data

• Anonymous traffic data: page views, referrer URL, browser type, device type, and approximate country, collected via privacy-friendly analytics that do not use third-party cookies for tracking.
• Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user agent, collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention. Retained for up to 30 days.

Data you give us voluntarily

• Email address: when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit an agent suggestion. We use it only to reply to you or send the content you signed up for.
• Form submissions: any free-text content you send through the contact or submission forms.

3. How we use your data

We process your data only for these purposes:

• Operating and securing the website (legitimate interest).
• Improving our content based on aggregate analytics (legitimate interest).
• Responding to your messages and questions (legitimate interest or consent).
• Sending you our newsletter if you've subscribed (consent, withdrawable at any time).

4. Advertising and third parties

• Hosting and CDN provider: Cloudflare Pages, which serves the site and processes server logs.
• Analytics provider: a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not link visits to identifiable individuals.
• Email provider: for newsletters and reply-handling.
• Advertising networks: as described in section 4.
• Legal authorities: only when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. International data transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your data.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:
